Deletion of a property from the list of valuable landscape assets

If a property included in the list of landscape assets of special interest (managed by the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service) has lost its environmental and intrinsic protection characteristics, the owner may request its cancellation by means of a reasoned application accompanied by the necessary documentation.

The cancellation request may also be submitted by the municipality in whose territory the listed landscape asset is located.

• The owners of properties included in the lists of assets of special landscape interest interested in their removal from the lists.
• The municipality in whose territory the landscape asset you wish to remove from the lists for reasons of public interest is located.

Submit an application for deletion to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service by certified email to serv.urbanistica@pec.provincia.tn.it or PiTre interoperability.

If the Provincial Council, having heard the competent CPC, establishes that the request is justified, it orders the cancellation of the property from the list, informing the applicant accordingly.

The Provincial Council may also proceed with deletion from the lists at the request of the municipality in whose territory the property is located, or at the request of its own office, for reasons of public interest.

Application for deletion of the property from the lists, in free form, motivated and accompanied by the necessary documentation.
