In the presence of very particular and adequately motivated events, the Municipal Council, having obtained the opinion of the CUP Sub-Committee (integrated by the manager of the Provincial Service responsible for agriculture) and subject to the authorisation of the Provincial Council, may authorise the change of use of buildings constructed in agricultural areas for uses that are in any case compatible with the agricultural use of such areas.
TRANSITIONAL PROVISION: procedure applicable only to buildings constructed BEFORE the date of entry into force of Provincial Law 15/2015.
