Today in Trento, in the Confindustria Trento premises, the sixteenth edition of the "Tu Sei" Project was presented: the initiative that sees Confindustria Trento and the Autonomous Province of Trento working together to promote synergies to foster dialogue between companies and students through the sharing of common experiences.
In order to foster creativity and the meeting between the school and business worlds, the launch event focused on sustainability, exploring companies' choices in this area.
At the opening, the vice-president of the Autonomous Province of Trento and councillor for education, culture and sport, family, youth and equal opportunities policies Francesca Gerosa greeted: 'With this project, the economic and productive fabric embraces the school and puts our young people at the centre. The initiative has had great participation so far and has enriched both businesses and young people, with many companies taking their future to heart," said Gerosa, giving her full support to innovative projects such as 'Tu Sei'. "The Province is there and believes in these projects that are rooted in the heart of our society and our community," the councillor added.
She was joined by Stefania Segata, vice-president of Confindustria Trento, who emphasised the importance of the initiative: "Confindustria together with the Province sixteen years ago had this great intuition of the 'Tu Sei' project, the flagship of our initiatives in the field of education and youth. The main objective of the project is to bring the world of industry closer to the world of young people. We strongly believe in education as a system: traditional training combined with on-the-job training. We are convinced that in this way young people will be able to get to know the local entrepreneurial fabric, discover their talents, and make the most of them to better orient themselves in the world of work'.
