The Provincial Council assigned pharmaceutical premises no. 30 in the municipality of Trento, Melta area. Thus, an important public service is strengthened, which meets the needs of citizens.
As recalled by the Health Councillor, who proposed the measure approved at today's meeting, pharmacies, in addition to being fundamental health facilities that provide numerous services, are also the first point of contact with the provincial health service. With the allocation of new pharmacy locations, the reform is being implemented, which provides for one mandatory pharmacy for every 3,300 inhabitants in each municipality, and one optional pharmacy if the population exceeds this parameter by more than 50 per cent.
