Welcoming ceremony this morning in the Province's headquarters in Trento, for 25 new provincial employees (16 women and 9 men) hired in recent weeks. The employees, at different levels and in various sectors, were welcomed in Sala Belli by the Councillor for Housing, Property, State Property and Promotion of Self-Government, the Director General of the Province Raffaele De Col, the Director General of the Organisation, Personnel and General Affairs Department Luca Comper, the Director General of the Provincial Agency for Water and Energy - Aprie Laura Boschini, the Director of the Personnel Service Maria D'Ippoliti, together with the Director of the Trentino History Museum Foundation Giuseppe Ferrandi. It was an informative and formative meeting, useful for providing new entrants with an overview of the competencies and organisation of the Province and the Trentino institutional system, with particular attention to the themes of Autonomy and territorial organisation. A reflection on the important role of the employee in the entire public sector for the wellbeing of the community.
Recruitment in this last period has resulted in the recruitment of 12 permanent staff members, 2 on fixed-term contracts and 3 on secondment from other administrations, for an average age of 43.7 years of the new recruits, compared to an average age of PAT employees of 50.02 years as of 31 December 2023.
Presenting the meeting was Giampaolo Pedrotti, head of the Province's press office and manager in charge of three journalists who took part in today's event at the conclusion of a stabilisation process, who emphasised the importance of communicating the values of the Administration, at the service of citizens.
