Preschool enrolment - summer term a. s. 2025/2026

Provincial and equivalent pre-schools provide pre-school services for children in the 3-6 year age bracket, for no less than 10 months a year, for five days a week and for seven hours a day plus optional extended hours. For the 2025/2026 school year, educational services are offered for 11 months and confirmation of enrolment is envisaged for the eleventh month of service in the 2026 summer term.

For confirmation of attendance, the eleventh month of preschool opening is divided into the following periods:

ORDINARY CALENDAR KINDERGARTENS

• first period: Wednesday 1 July to Friday 3 July
• second period: Monday 6 July to Friday 10 July
• third period: Monday 13 July to Friday 17 July
• fourth period: Monday, 20 July to Friday, 24 July
• fifth period: Monday, 27 July to Friday, 31 July

PRESCHOOLS ON THE TOURIST CALENDAR

(Andalo, Campitello di Fassa, Daiano-Varena, Canazei, Pera, Soraga, Folgaria, Lavarone, Nosellari, Madonna di Campiglio, Moena, Molveno, San Martino di Castrozza, Vigo di Fassa)

• first period: from Monday 1 June to Friday 5 June
• second period: from Monday 8 June to Friday 12 June
• third period: from Monday 15 June to Friday 19 June
• fourth period: from Monday 22 June to Friday 26 June
• fifth period: Monday 29 June to Tuesday 30 June

SPECIAL CALENDAR PRESCHOOLS

(Carano, Castello Di Fiemme, Cavalese/Masi/Tesero):

• first period: from Wednesday 15 July to Friday 17 July
• second period: from Monday 20 July to Friday 24 July
• third period: from Monday 27 July to Friday 31 July
• fourth period: Monday 3 August to Friday 7 August
• fifth period: Monday 10 August to Friday 14 August

The service is guaranteed with the following minimum number of accessions: 5 children for schools with only one section and 7 children for all other schools. If the minimum number of children is not reached, the provincial pre-school service may consider starting attendance at the nearest provincial or equivalent pre-school.

The activation of the daily timetable extension service (early/late) is guaranteed in the time slots already requested for the 2025/2026 school year and with the presence of a minimum number of children enrolled in the service: 5 children for schools with only one section and 7 children for all other schools.

The school transport service is maintained for those who are using it in the 2025/2026 school year.

The canteen service fee remains the responsibility of the family according to the methods applied until now.

Failure to confirm enrolment in the eleventh month of attendance is considered as withdrawal from the school service.

Families of children enrolled in pre-schools for the school year 2025/2026 confirm their enrolment with the choice of the period(s) of attendance at the school for the eleventh month in the summer term 2026.
Families of children enrolled in pre-schools for the school year 2025/2026 will be sent an email from the provincial pre-school service advising them of the need to confirm their enrolment for the 2026 summer term(s).

The application for enrolment is submitted by one of the parents or those exercising parental responsibility over the child. The application for enrolment is shared by both parents: to this end, the parent completing the application declares that he/she has made the choice in compliance with Articles 316, 337b and 337c of the Civil Code, which require the consent of both parents or those exercising parental responsibility over the child.

The application must be submitted exclusively ONLINE via SPID, CIE, CNS or CPS.
The service will be active from 8 a.m. on Monday 19 January to 8 p.m. on Monday 02 February 2026.

As a residual option, for provincial pre-schools you can also apply on paper on a special form.

For equivalent kindergartens, the forms can be found on the websites of the relevant associations: Federazione provinciale scuole materne , Associazione Co.E.S.I. or Asif Chimelli

The paper application, completed in full and duly signed, must be sent in the following ways

• electronically: for provincial schools to the following address: servizio.infanzia@pec.provincia.tn.it and at the same time also to the email address of the reference coordination circle of the preschool where you wish to enrol; for equivalent preschools to the certified electronic mail box (PEC) of the individual school
• sent by registered mail with advice of receipt with a copy of a valid identity document of the applicant parent attached. The date of the postmark of the accepting post office shall serve as proof of the date of receipt
• by fax with a copy of a valid identification document of the parent attached.

For information on how to fill in applications, if necessary, the reference co-ordination circles for provincial pre-schools and the individual managing bodies for equivalent pre-schools are available to users.
At the peripheral PAT counters, by appointment, it is possible to: activate the CIE or SPID and a workstation is available (by reservation only) for submitting the application online (in total autonomy on the part of the user).

With regard to the use of digital services and technologies, by telephone appointment (toll-free number 800 22 80 40), or by accessing the online booking system, it is possible to request support and be followed by an operator from the "Digitale Facile" points open throughout the province.
