Description
Local authorities, businesses, trade associations, professionals and members of the public may submit requests for advice or information, either in writing or by telephone, to the Crafts, Trade and Administrative Police Service regarding:
- the application of the regulations governing ‘multi-service’ commercial activities, as provided for in Article 61 of the Provincial Law on Trade (Provincial Law of 30 July 2010, No. 17) and implemented by Provincial Council Resolution No. 2222 of 23 December 2024, as amended by Provincial Council Resolution No. 276 of 27 February 2026;
- the incentives provided for in the aforementioned resolutions, such as the establishment grantand the retention grant and the subsidy for the provision of services of general economic interest (SGEI).
