The Autonomous Province of Trento encourages the establishment andoperation of retail outlets selling food and essential goods, as well as public establishments serving drinks, in areas lacking similar services, with the aim of safeguarding the network of commercial establishments that operate extensively across the outlying and mountainous areas of the province. The criteria for implementing the regulation also provide for these same businesses to be used to provide ancillary services (so-called ‘multi-service’ activities) that benefit the local population, thereby improving the quality of life for residents in the areas served.
The data published in the table are governed by Decision No. 9772 of 9 September 2022 issued by the Head of the Crafts and Trade Service.
A map is available showing the services that citizens can access at these commercial premises. Personal data relating to the owners of multi-service businesses, even if included in the companies’ registered names, are not shown on the map.
The information is updated within two weeks of any changes reported by the owners of the commercial premises. Any requests for changes may be submitted via certified email (PEC), attaching a document proving the identity of the company’s legal representative, to the address serv.artcompolamm@pec.provincia.tn.it.
For any reports, please contact the Crafts, Trade and Administrative Police Service by telephone (0461 494786) or by email (serv.artcompolamm@provincia.tn.it).
