Any undertaking intending to carry out multi-service activities, provided it meets the requirements set out in Annex A) toProvincial Council Resolution No. 2222 of 23 December 2024, as amended by Provincial Council Resolution No. 276 of 27 February 2026, must apply to the Crafts, Trade and Administrative Police Service, for each retail outlet eligible for the grant, the distinctive sign that characterises and identifies the shop as a multi-service outlet, by making an appointment with the Department.
On the day of collection, the applicant must inform the Department of the multi-service activities they intend to carry out, sign the form certifying receipt of the distinctive sign and the privacy policy form, and also provide the details required by Decision No. 9772 of 9 September 2022, on the basis of which the Crafts, Trade and Administrative Police Service will proceed, no earlier than one week and no later than two weeks after the handover of the distinctive sign, to update the multi-service map published on the website of the Autonomous Province of Trento on the page‘Multi-services: map of commercial premises’.
No personal data relating to the owners of multi-service businesses is included on the map, even if such data is contained in the company names of the businesses concerned.
Multiservice activities may commence from the day following the date of delivery of the distinctive sign, which must be displayed outside the premises, alongside the opening hours to the public and a list of the multi-service activities provided, specifying which are offered free of charge regardless of whether goods are purchased or services consumed on the premises.
Should the business be found not to meet the required criteria following an investigation or inspection, or in the event of the business ceasing trading or being taken over by another company, the distinctive sign must be returned to the relevant department.
The multi-service activity may only be carried out for the purposes of eligibility for the grant once the distinctive mark has been issued by the relevant provincial authority.
The business applying for the grant undertakes to accept any checks regarding compliance with the requirements and fulfilment of the obligations set out in the current criteria, the grant award letter and any letter of appointment.
The competent authority may carry out checks and inspections, including through local authorities, regarding compliance with the obligations set out in Annex A) to Provincial Council Resolution No. 2222 of 23 December 2024, as amended by Provincial Council Resolution No. 276 of 27 February 2026.
The business concerned shall be notified of every inspection carried out.
