Description
The SCIA200 may be submitted for occasional entertainment events (dance entertainments and dj-sets, musical concerts without dancing, choral performances, dance/dance performances, figure skating performances, folk shows and popular music, musical shows, cabaret and magic shows, fashion shows) that take place before midnight on the day they begin and that are intended for a maximum of 200 participants.
The SCIA2000 may be submitted for live performances (theatre, music, dance shows, musicals, film shows) that take place between 8 a.m. and 1 a.m. the following day and that are intended for a maximum of 2,000 participants. Such shows do not include dancing and DJ sets.
For events/shows/events with different characteristics or with different timetables or characterised by a greater presence of participants, it is necessary to submit a specific application accompanied by the relevant technical/administrative documentation in relation to the venue and the event.
A special power of attorney may be given to a third party to submit the SCIA via the web. Possibly also the technician, who is given the task of preparing the required forms to ascertain the safety of the venue, structures and installations present.
