Description
For live performances (not for dance/disco/dj-sets/country festivals) with a maximum of 2,000 participants, the appropriate SCIA (Segnalazione certificata di inizio attività) is required.
The reported event must take place within the time frame of one day between 8 a.m. and 1 a.m. of the following day and must be of an occasional nature.
A SCIA cannot be submitted, but a special application (see below under related services) can be submitted for events
- with other types of entertainment
- o with a different time frame
- or with a permanent character
In order to hold the event, it is necessary to
- submit to the Trento Police Headquarters (email pec: dipps183.00f0@pecps.poliziadistato.it) the notice of public event (art. 18 R.D. 773/1931 - T.U.L.P.S.)
- comply with the requirements set out in the Provincial Council's resolution no. 814 of 18 May 2015 concerning health assistance at shows and events in Trentino

It is also compulsory
- comply with the requirements of current copyright legislation by ensuring, where applicable, the regular payment of the amount due within the terms and according to the law
- acquire any further authorising titles (licences, authorisations, concessions, testing, permits, insurance, etc.) provided for by other sector regulations in order to exercise the activity concerned
Restrictions
The event must have up to 2,000 participants, take place over the course of one day, between 8 a.m. and 1 a.m. the following day, and be of an occasional nature.
