General information
The Autonomous Province of Trento has adhered to and activated its own territorial payments portal, integrated with PagoPA as of 2019, which is used by more than 300 entities for the collection of amounts due and which is becoming increasingly widespread.
The candidature for the PNRR notice on measure 1.4.3 'ADOPTION OF PAGOPA PLATFORM' has enabled 15 payment services of the Administration to be integrated into the platform, implementing the taxonomies defined by PagoPA and in accordance with the technical documents for the notice published by the Department for Digital Transformation.
The services that have been integrated with PagoPA are:
- Concessions
- State fees
- Donations
- Advertising and billposting
- Cosap (fee for occupying public spaces and areas)
- Penalties
- Various fees and refunds
- Tax stamps
- Disposal and waste - Tax
- Applications and preliminary investigations
- Access to documents
- Compensation for wooded areas
- Lease of real estate
- Competition fee
- Phytosanitary fee
The project was submitted in response to thePNRR public notice 1.4.3 "Adoption of PagoPA platform" - Other entities (September 2022).
PNRR Measure 1.4.3 aims at achieving the following European targets.
Target M1C1-126 (December 2023) - Ensure an increase in the number of services integrated in the platform for
- public administrations that have already joined the platform (9,000 entities)
- new public administrations joining the platform (2,450 new entities)
Target M1C1-149 (June 2026) - Ensure an increase in the number of services integrated in the platform for
- public administrations that have already joined the platform (11,450 entities)
- new public administrations joining the platform (2,650 new entities).
Thefinal objective is to have an average of:
- 20 services for the Regions and Autonomous Provinces;
- 20 services for Local Health Authorities and Hospital Authorities;
- 15 services for universities, research organisations and AFAMs.
Goals
Migration and activation of 15 collection services managed by the authority on the PagoPA platform and available to citizens and businesses that have to make payments to the Province
