General information
The project contributed to:
● overall strengthening of the security culture and specific staff skills, through generalised awareness-raising and training delivered through an ad-hoc platform (WP1: T1-T2) and specialised targeted courses (WP1: T3) for technical and management figures
● raising the level of cyber resilience through the introduction and updating of advanced security technologies and procedures, ranging from the initial assessment of security configurations (WP2- T1), to the implementation of new VPN solutions with multifactor authentication (WP2-T2) and Network Access Control (NAC) systems (WP2-T3) the enhancement of risk monitoring capabilities through Web Application Firewall (WAF) and XDR systems (WP2-T4), to the improvement of incident response capabilities with the adoption of a new SIEM/SOAR platform (WP2-T5).

Interventi da realizzare entro il 30 novembre 2024 (originariamente), poi entro il 30 giugno 2025 (a seguito di proroga disposta dalla determina prot. ACN n. 37953 del 20/11/2024) ed infine al 30 novembre 2025 (determina prot. ACN n. 254386 del 17/06/2025).
Finally, by ACN prot. decision no. 349306 of 18/11/2025, the deadline for the conclusion of the financial reporting activities and the submission of the application for reimbursement of the final balance was extended to 31 March 2026.
Goals
On the one hand, increasing the culture of cyber security, including through phishing awareness campaigns with appropriate tools, and on the other hand, the adoption of state-of-the-art systems and tools for threat identification, risk mitigation and incident management.
