Responsibilities and functions
The information centre serves as the main link between the Province and the public. Its aim is to provide information, guidance and assistance, facilitating access to public services and promoting clear, simple and effective communication.
Services offered:
- information on the Province’s activities and how it operates
- guidance on finding provincial laws and other administrative provisions
- Identification of the relevant provincial department
- assistance with completing forms and substitute declarations relating to services provided by the Province and its partner organisations
- updates on the outcome of requests already submitted to provincial offices
- collection, with issue of a receipt, of applications addressed to provincial bodies and affiliated organisations
Assistance with activating the following digital identities:
- CIE (Electronic Identity Card)
- SPID Lepida
- Health Card/CPS
Guidance on how to use the various apps related to digital identity (e.g. TreC+)
To avoid unnecessary waiting times and to ensure better management of service users, we recommend booking an appointment via one of the following channels at your local service point:
- by telephone during opening hours
- by email, providing a telephone number so that you can be contacted (the operator will process your request during opening hours).
Booking an appointment ensures priority in the provision of the service.
