An invitation to work together to enhance the quality of local products and catering arrived yesterday afternoon from the presentation, for the first time in our province, of the 'Charter of Values of Italian Catering', made official in Rome in 2021 and signed again yesterday.
The presentation took place at the Grand Hotel Trento on the sidelines of the assembly of the Associazione Pubblici esercizi del Trentino, a member of Confcommercio Trentino.
During the meeting, the protocol for the valorisation of local agri-food products, which was also recently approved by the Provincial Council, was also discussed. The protocol will be signed in the next few days and is intended to give concrete implementation to the contents of the Charter.
'Public establishments, the last mile of the food and wine chain' was the title chosen for the round table at which the 'Charter' was presented. The provincial government's greetings were brought by councillors Giulia Zanotelli, Roberto Failoni and Achille Spinelli. Councillor Mirko Bisesti also attended the meeting.
