The issue of large predators also entered the debate that took place this morning in the Depero hall among the members of the Dreier Landtag interregional commission. President Fugatti, responding to an intervention by Ugo Rossi, said that, in addition to the wolf issue, which is already being addressed, the bear issue - for the time being limited to Trentino - will also have to reach the Euregio table in the medium to long term. Other topics discussed included cross-border traffic management, coordination between the civil protection structures of the three territories, youth policies, culture and knowledge of local history. Provincial Council President Walter Kaswalder, opening the meeting of the inter-regional commission, recalled that it was hosted in the Depero hall that saw the first meeting of the council on 13 December 1948. A hall, Fugatti stressed, that represents Trentino society.
