Description

If the application for the contribution for the purchase of the first dwelling house and for the support of complementary savings in favour of young couples has been granted, all the members of the household must transfer their registered residence to the first dwelling house within 12 months starting from the date of the granting measure. Before the expiry of 12 months the young couple may request for justified reasons only one extension of the term for a maximum period of twelve months.

In the event that the application has been submitted with the preliminary purchase contract attached, within 9 months from the date the grant was awarded, a simple copy of the deed of sale stipulated and signed must be submitted, under penalty of forfeiture.

The members of the young couple benefiting from the grant must maintain their share of ownership of their first home for 5 years starting from the date of the grant decision or, if later, from the date of transfer of residence. During this period, the young couple may sell their first dwelling house and transfer the grant to another first dwelling house only after authorisation by the Housing Policy Service. The request for authorisation must be submitted on a special form available in the 'What is needed' section under Forms.

Restrictions

The constraints are governed by Article 10 of the notice and Article 4a, paragraphs 3 and 4.

What to do

The documentation must be submitted and signed by one or both members of the young couple for the household receiving the first home using the appropriate form, in order to comply with stamp duty, and sent by one of the following methods

  1. by e-mail (from certified or plain mail) to the box serv.casa@pec.provincia.tn.it;
  2. by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the Housing Policy Service; in this case, the postmark of the accepting post office will be taken as proof
  3. hand delivery to the Housing Policies Service or to the decentralised public assistance and information desks of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Thedeed of sale must be presented in the same way.

Format of the documentation transmitted electronically

Files attached to communications must have one of the following formats (and extensions) PDF/A, PDF, XML, TXT, TIFF, TIF, JPEG, JPG, JFIF, JPE, EML, BMP, CSV and GIF. This is because these formats are recognised as suitable for long-term preservation, as documents produced with these formats are stable. HTML format is also permitted (but only the body of the e-mail message). The digital signature, if any, must only be affixed to files in the permitted formats indicated above. Compressed formats (e.g. .zip) are not accepted, since the unambiguous identification of compressed and/or enveloped files is not guaranteed either by the certified e-mail service or by the document management system.

Granting of extension: within 45 days from the date of submission of the application for extension

Authorisation to transfer the grant to other accommodation: within 60 days from the date of submission of the application for transfer of the grant

Disbursement:

The contribution is disbursed

  • within 90 days from the date of the grant decision for applications submitted with a purchase and sale contract;
  • within 90 days starting from the date of presentation of the sale and purchase deed for applications presented with a preliminary purchase contract.
