A Public Administration that also renews itself thanks to new staff. Yesterday in Sala Belli, in the Province's headquarters building, the customary monthly ceremony was held to welcome new employees. This month there are 37 new employees, 23 women and 14 men, with an average age of 37.7 years. They were welcomed by the councillor for local authorities, transport and mobility Mattia Gottardi, flanked by the general manager of the Organisation, Personnel and General Affairs Department Luca Comper, the general manager of the Agriculture Department Romano Masè, and the manager of the Personnel Service Maria D'Ippoliti.
'It is with great pleasure,' said Councillor Gottardi to the new recruits, 'that we welcome you. You are joining one of the best public administrations in Italy. Bureaucracy should not only have a negative meaning. Always remember that, each in his own part and in his own role, you provide a service to the people. My wish for you is to bring freshness and the will to do. Try to give answers, to your colleagues and citizens, with a positive approach. You are a generation that brings new skills to the administration, also thanks to the experiences abroad or in the private sector that many of you have had. You are therefore sure to bring a wind of novelty. The Province is also a big family: in your work, therefore, try to think as if you were a single team in the field. I wish you good service, that you will find satisfaction in the work you are going to do, together with the responsibility you have towards the Public Administration and the citizens, who are your employer'.
