This afternoon, at the headquarters of the Provincial Health Department in Via Gilli in Trento, the Councillor for Health, Social Policies, Disability and Family, Stefania Segnana, met with trade union representatives to take stock of the system of Trentino's Provincial Agencies for Personal Services.
It was a useful discussion," commented the councillor, "during which the trade unions not only put forward their requests but also acknowledged and appreciated the efforts made on several fronts by the provincial government to support the Trentino APSP system. In spite of the complexity of the path of these years, strongly conditioned by the Covid emergency, many things have been done for the structures and operators, both from an economic and management point of view. A work that will continue with the implementation of the Silver Space, thanks to which the RSAs will become a central territorial garrison for the frail elderly, and which also sees us engaged with the challenge of the PNRR, through which over the next few years we intend to strengthen territorial assistance, strengthen facilities, proximity health services, and home services, and develop advanced telemedicine solutions."
Together with the councillor, the general manager of the Province's Health and Social Policies Department, Giancarlo Ruscitti, and Dr Micaela Gilli, head of the Office for Policies in favour of non-self-sufficient persons, also attended the event.
