'In the Council of Ministers, we obtained the implementation rule in the relations between the Autonomous Province of Trento and the State on the issue of the State's lawyer. It is a rule that gives greater freedom of choice to the municipalities'. Thus, the President of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Maurizio Fugatti, as he left Palazzo Chigi. 'There have been situations in which our local authorities were obliged to turn to the State Bar as opposed to other professionals. With this implementing rule, we are putting local authorities in a position to choose with whom to deal with their legal issues,' Fugatti explained. The two presidents of the Autonomous Provinces of Bolzano and Trento, Arno Kompatscher and Maurizio Fugatti, took the opportunity to once again represent the 'serious problem' of large predators, bears and wolves. The situation in the provinces of Bolzano and Trento is no longer sustainable, a solution must be found. A discussion on this subject was also opened in the Council of Ministers. Here, the two presidents repeatedly emphasised that, in order to solve the problem, legislative initiatives must be taken at both state and EU level.
