Forklifts - Authorisation for occasional use

The service is open to all interested parties.

Fill in the documentation listed in "Documents to be submitted", which can be downloaded from the "Forms" section of this page, and forward it to the PEC address: motorizzazione.civile@pec.provincia.tn.it

The PAGOPA code associated with the tariff for the "Application for occasional forklift authorisation":

- T003 "Authorisation for occasional circulation of forklift trucks".

For first issue:

- technical data sheet signed in original by the manufacturer containing at least the following data:

• name of the manufacturer
• type;
• serial number;
• dimensions (length, width, height, wheelbase, overhangs)
• masses (empty, laden, maximum permissible for each axle, towable mass if applicable);
• permissible tyres;
• year of construction;
• type of engine and fuel supply, with details of type-approval if thermal type

- authorisation from the road owner

- receipt of payment of € 32.00 and € 10.20 to be made by means of the pagoPA system by accessing the website "il portale dell'automobilistica"(click here) by selecting the Trento tariff schedule and then tariff T003 "Autorizzazione saluaria circolazione per carrello elevatori".

- Copy of the signatory's identity document.

For renewal:

- pagoPA payment receipt of € 32.00 and € 10.20 to be made by means of the pagoPA system by accessing the site "il portale dell'automobilistica"(click here) selecting the Trento rate card and then tariff T003 "Autorizzazione saluaria circolazione per carrello elevatori";
- copy of the signatory's identity document;
- authorisation from the owner of the road travelled.
