The service for handling transfers of ownership, cancellations and re-registrations of vehicles with compulsory registration with the P.R.A. (motor vehicles, motorbikes, road trailers with a total mass equal to or greater than 3.5 t.) is currently suspended; therefore, the counters that can directly process such paperwork are the car practice agencies (with related service costs) or alternatively the P.R.A. for transfers of ownership (booking link: http: //www.up.aci.it/trento/spip.php?page=prenotazioni-pra ).
