The application may be filed by the holders of rights in rem in immovable property or their proxies.
What to do
The notification of the error must be made on plain paper to the competent land registry office by filling in the appropriate form:
- presentation at the counter
- sending by postal service by registered letter with advice of delivery
- sending by traditional or certified e-mail exclusively to the PEC address of the competent office
