On the afternoon of Thursday, 7 September, the new Park Visitor Centre in Paneveggio was inaugurated: the theme of the new exhibition is 'Sounds Forest', because it specifically tells the story of the great forest that surrounds it, famous for its resonance wood, and does so in all its aspects.
Present at the inauguration were the vice-president of the Autonomous Province of Trento and councillor for the environment, the mayor of Predazzo, and the president of the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino Nature Park.
The importance that the Paneveggio Visitor's Centre, with its new interior layout and after the important energy upgrading work, represents for the Park in terms of making known and communicating, to the many visitors who cross its threshold, the different aspects of the forest ecosystem in terms of conservation and scientific knowledge. It was emphasised that the realisation of this work was the result of teamwork, where the different professional dimensions brought their contribution in terms of ideas and achievements.
