With regard to the episode of the cancellation of the RAI journalist's report on the Municipality of Trento, as a consequence of the legitimate action taken against the bear M90, and in relation to the tenor of the criticism that goes beyond the limits of the right to report that has been reported through the media the President of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Maurizio Fugatti, informs us that he has instructed the lawyers of the provincial attorney's office to assess whether there are grounds to file a lawsuit against the offender, both personally and as a representative of the Province, for the serious damage to his image.
