The Constitutional Court has deemed inadmissible the appeal filed in October 2022 by the Attorney General's Office against the Autonomous Province of Trento regarding the certification of the reliability of the costs of collective agreements and the verification of their compatibility with the planning and budgetary instruments.
"A ruling that testifies to the good work of the provincial government and the administration's structures,' commented the president of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Maurizio Fugatti. 'It is important to reaffirm the principle that provincial collective bargaining takes place at the primary level with full autonomy of the parties, in compliance with the principles inferable from the laws on personnel matters. We do not intend to evade any control, but we consider it fundamental that the same be exercised on the basis of the recently adopted implementation rule, in respect of our speciality,' the president's words.
