   Palu' Tremole

   Provincial nature reserve

   High altitude peat bog of great naturalistic interest, surrounded by needle-leaved woodland in the upper Non Valley. It is a wetland area that is still relatively intact, characterised by the presence of three types of peat bogs: the low peat bog, the intermediate (or transitional) peat bog and the high peat bog.

   The Reserve is also a Special Area of Conservation. It is located near the local reserves Palù Tremole A-B-C-D and Gran Palù A-B.

   Cariceto - sphagneto in the Doss della Pesa area, in the Marilleva ski area, municipality of Commezzadura.

   The nature reserve is included in the much larger Natura 2000 area ZSC Vermiglio - Folgarida.

   Cariceto in the woods of Dosso di Segonzano, in the municipality of the same name and a small part in the municipality of Bedollo.

   Cariceto located in the Alberé park on the Tenna hill in the municipality of the same name.

   The reserve coincides with the Alberé di Tenna Special Area of Conservation and is one of the protected areas that make up the Brenta River Reserve Network.

   Cariceto with sphagnum trees in the woods of the Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme in Valmaggiore, municipality of Predazzo.

   Fragmiteto con tifa between mown meadows, cultivated fields and groves, located between the villages of Val and Montagnaga, municipality of Baselga di Pinè.

   Special Area of Conservation (SAC)

   Saddle bog on the mountainous reliefs of the upper Non Valley, with the vegetation of the phontic, transitional and raised bogs (extensive sphagnum bogs). A narrow strip with a pubescent birch forest on peat is developed on the outer edge, followed by a strip of spruce, also on peat (wooded peat bog).

   Located in the upper Non Valley, in a still relatively intact area of great scenic beauty.
   It is a characteristic alpine peat bog surrounded by coniferous forests, an ideal environment for the growth of rare plant species.

   The Reserve is also a Special Area of Conservation.

    Palu' Longa (Ville di Fiemme)

    Provincial nature reserve

    A peat bog that occupies a saddle in the watershed area between Val di Cembra and Val di Fiemme, surrounded by reliefs with sparse larch woods (Larix decidua) and sheep woods, interspersed with meadows and pastures.

    The Reserve is also a Special Area of Conservation and is one of the protected areas that make up the Fiemme - Destra Avisio Network of Reserves.

    Special Area of Conservation (SAC)

    Saddle bog, between Val di Cembra and Val di Fiemme, whose waters therefore flow from two sides.
    The vegetation is that of transitional peat bogs; a small area of the peat bog is occupied by a grove of pubescent birch trees.

    Provincial Nature Reserve

    The reserve represents what remains of a larger marshland that stretched between Cles and Tuenno. In spite of the transformations and destructive interventions that have occurred over time, such as the use as a dump for inert materials, the Palù di Tuenno still preserves characteristics of great naturalistic value.

    The Reserve is also a Special Area of Conservation.

    Local reserve

    Cariceto in aggallati on the Vezzena plateau, near the pass of the same name, amidst the wide pastures of the malghe located on the esplanade where the fortification of Forte Verle was built, municipality of Levico Terme.

    The reserve is one of the protected areas that make up the Brenta River Reserve Network.

    Fragmiteto on the edge of the village, overlooking the wide Pradiei meadow area, municipality of Sarnonico (Val di Non).

    Special Area of Conservation (SAC)

    Vast plateau near Tuenno (Val di Non), now almost completely under cultivation, which is home to a small residual marsh with wet meadows and reed beds; at its centre is a pool of water.

    A eutrophic lake on the Lavarone Plateau (eastern Trentino), with vegetation of floating and submerged hydrophytes, surrounded by wet meadows and reed beds.
