Online school enrolment

This is the online service to be used to submit applications for enrolment in the first year of primary school, lower secondary school and upper secondary school, as well as vocational training centres or institutes.

It is aimed at pupils enrolling in the first year of schools at all levels.

The enrolment application must be submitted by one of the parents or the person exercising parental responsibility (hereinafter referred to as ‘parents’) and must always be agreed upon by both. 
In the case of students who are of legal age and hold a certificate of completion of the first cycle of education, the enrolment application may be submitted in person.

Applications must be submitted online via the Autonomous Province of Trento’s services portal, after logging in using one of the accepted methods (SPID, CIE, CPS/CNS). The system will then forward the application to the relevant school.

How to complete the application

The online enrolment form consists of several sections. A step-by-step guide takes you through entering the student’s personal details, choosing a school and specifying preferences regarding transport, the canteen service, etc., and finally the personal details of the parents or guardians. Most of the required details are automatically populated by the system, but users can always amend this information. In the ‘Additional school information’ section, the system requests a range of further details, which vary depending on the school. Once completed, the enrolment application is automatically sent to the school, which must then validate the enrolment.

• Once you have logged in to the service, select “TECHNICAL SUPPORT” to report any malfunctions in the procedure and/or the portal.

Once the application has been submitted, schools will send confirmation or rejection of the enrolment to the email address provided in the application.

How to check your submitted application

You can view your enrolment application by logging into the same service and using the search function provided. The application is visible only to the applicant. Messages confirming that the school has received the enrolment application and is processing it will also be sent to the email address provided when the application was completed.
