Online school enrolment

This is the online service to be used to submit applications for enrolment in the initial classes (first classes) of primary schools, secondary schools and vocational training centres or institutes.

It is aimed at male and female students enrolling in the first classes of schools of all levels.

The application for enrolment is submitted by one of the parents or by the person exercising parental responsibility (hereafter parents) and must always be shared by both.
In the case of students over 18 years of age, who have passed the final state examination of the first cycle of education, the application for enrolment may be submitted in person.

Applications must be submitted online, by connecting to the Autonomous Province of Trento's services portal and authenticating yourself in the prescribed manner (SPID, CIE, CPS/CNS). The system will then forward the application to the relevant school.

How to fill in the application

The online application form consists of several sections. Through a guided procedure, you go from filling in the student's personal details, to the choice of school and preferences regarding the use of transport, canteen service, etc., to the personal details of those responsible. Most of the required data are proposed automatically by the system, but it is always possible for the user to correct this information. In the 'Additional school information' section, the system requests a different set of additional information for each school. At the end of the compilation process, the application is automatically sent to the school which will have to validate the enrolment.

For technical problems with the online procedure

• Consult the guide available on the "ONLINE ENROLLMENT" portal
• After accessing the service, select "TECHNICAL SUPPORT" to send a report of any malfunctioning of the procedure and/or the portal.

After the application has been sent, the schools send the validation or rejection of the application to the email address indicated in the application.

How to check the sent application

The enrolment application can be consulted, by accessing the same service, using the appropriate search function. The application is visible only to the applicant. Messages indicating that the school has taken charge of the enrolment application and processed it will also be sent to the e-mail address indicated during compilation.
