Description
To enrol on Advanced Vocational Training (AFP) courses, you must pass an entrance assessment.
The entry assessment consists of:
- an analysis of the documentary evidence provided by the candidate to recognise credits acquired through study or work experience
- one or more written tests to assess basic technical, technological and English language skills
- an interview aimed at identifying the candidate’s interests, aspirations and motivations regarding their choice of training programme, in order to tailor the programme and in-company training to their individual needs.
For programmes delivered through the dual apprenticeship scheme for higher education and research, the entry assessment also aims to match candidates with companies willing to recruit them on a Level III apprenticeship contract
For specific information on the entry assessments and enrolment in individual Higher Vocational Training programmes, please contact the organisation responsible for delivering the programme of interest.
Following the entrance assessment, the Selection Committee draws up a ranking list for admission to the Higher Vocational Training programme.
It is possible to apply for admission to the entry assessment for multiple programmes by taking part in as many selection processes as there are programmes, subject to the timing of those processes.
