Description

With the 2021 reform, the system of the Networks of Reserves has seen a major change, with the aim of giving new energy and continuity to their work.

The main changes concern their activation: before the reform they were activated on the basis of three-year Programme Agreements, while now they are activated on the basis of nine-year Agreements and are managed through three-year Intervention Programmes.

The old Programme Agreements have expired and the networks are gradually signing Agreements.
The table below summarises their implementation status.
