Description
The 'Map of limitations for the installation of closed-circuit geothermal probes' was approved in order to guarantee the qualitative and quantitative safeguarding of groundwater, pursuant toArticle 30 bis of D.P.G.P. 26 January 1987, no. 1-41/Leg.(Del. G.P. no. 2154 of 3 September 2009)
On 2 August 2013 the Provincial Council approved with Resolution no. 1593 the first update of the Geothermal Energy Map, which came into force on 14 August 2013 following its publication in the Official Bulletin of the Trentino-South Tyrol Region no. 33 of 13 August 2013.
