Energy at PAT's disposal
Pursuant to Article 13 of Presidential Decree No. 670/72, concessionaires of large derivations for hydroelectric purposes are obliged to supply annually and free of charge to the Provinces of Trento and Bolzano - for public services and categories of users to be determined by provincial law - 220 kWh for each kW of average nominal power of the concession, to be delivered to the production workshop or on the high-voltage transmission and distribution line connected to the workshop itself, at the point most convenient to the Province.
