Description
As part of the new edition of"TRAME DI NATURA", a project organised by the Parco Fluviale della Sarca to talk about good management practices in the Upper Sarca area through an open dialogue and discussion with local livestock farms, this June meeting - after the one in May dedicated to the sustainable management of manure - focuses on the marketing of livestock products.
The objective of the meeting between breeders, processors, tourism-hotel operators and local stakeholders is a discussion on the theme of the valorisation of Val Rendena livestock products and the strengthening of a network for the promotion of quality local products.
A pilot experience born in the Giudicarie Esteriori area will be presented.
