Flag Project - Paradigma Cloud (CT)

The project constitutes the second of the 4 areas of the "Flagship Project" and is aimed at the refurbishment and application transformation of the Province's software platforms considered strategic for the provision of services to citizens, businesses and local authorities.

The importance of this area of intervention derives from the strong obsolescence of the platforms in question.

The platforms selected for migration to the cloud are:

1. Platform for the technical and preliminary management of research projects

2. Platform for the integrated and multi-channel delivery of business services

3. Platform for the management of active labour policies

4. e-procurement platform

5. Management system for family need support policies.

Accelerate the Cloud transformation process to enable both the application quantum leap and the related migration according to the Cloud paradigm, as per the guidelines defined by the 'Cloud Italia' national strategy.

At the first use of the application platforms, the following targets are expected to be reached

• Platform for the technical and preliminary management of research projects: publication of 1 research call (CT-T2);
• Platform for theintegrated and multi-channel delivery of services to enterprises: publication of 1 research call (CT-T4);
• Platform for the management of active labour policies: registration and membership in the new platform of at least 300 workers involved in active policies in 2025 (CT-T6);
• E-procurement platform: activation of 10 contracting stations on the new platform by 2025 (CT-T8);
• Family need support policy management system: configuration for the management of 5,000 annual ICEF declarations (CT-T11).

The implementation of the NRP in Trentino fits coherently into the programme framework for sustainable provincial development, according to the policies identified in the provincial Economic and Financial Document and its Update Note

PNC funding: € 10,066,401.10

Platform for the management of research projects and the provision of services to enterprises: operational testing, call configuration and user training were completed.

Platform for the management of active labour policies: functional testing was completed and the final target of 300 users registered on the platform was reached and exceeded.

E-procurement platform: the platform was installed and configured as of 1 January 2024, 385 entities were configured and approximately 8,000 companies registered, migration to a Cloud environment was carried out and additional functionalities are being developed.

Platform for the management of policies to support family needs - indicator "interventions in favour of families with children" - education sector: the new system for entering ICEF declarations was presented to Trentino CAFs, reaching and exceeding the target of 5,000 applications submitted on the new application. Finally, the migration to the Cloud is underway.
