General information
During the two-year period 2020-2021, a technical-organisational solution was defined, in collaboration with the company Infocamere and the support of the Trento Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture, which allows for the use of a telematic counter similar in interface and functionality to the one in use at municipal level (accessible, the latter, through the 'https://www.impresainungiorno.gov.it/' website) adapted to the specific statutory, regulatory, organisational and organisational requirements of the provincial administration.
The 'traditional' SUAP has been flanked by a new autonomous twin channel for procedures whose main interlocutor is the Province.
Goals
The objectives are:
- The complete digitalisation of business-related procedures through the Suap (one-stop shops for productive activities)
- Improving access for citizens and businesses through effective and efficient back office management, but also by improving the technical and management capacity of the public administration.
Milestones
Start of working group
1 September 2021: activation of reinforced concrete procedures
12 October 2022: presentation of the platform to all provincial structures
3 April 2023: activation of procedures concerning social farms
4 September 2023: activation of procedures concerning fuel distribution facilities (road and private use)
