Description
The Zeledria Local Reserve presents itself as an interesting peat bog where one can find notable floristic elements such as Drosera anglica and Drosera rotundifolia (two species of insectivorous plants), many sphagnum and small peccaries, in balance with the hygrophilous environment in which they are found.
The area, however, also suffers from the impacts of human activities such as cattle grazing and contact with ski slopes and ski lifts.
