"The government has allocated a total of 20 billion to finance the renewal of contracts, never in the history of the Republic have so many resources been allocated," the minister clarified.

    In the setting of the Trento Festival of Economics, Gerardo Braggiotti, Fabio Corsico, Ian Gallienne and Santiago Iñiguez de Onzoño, with Il Sole24Ore journalist Marigia Mangano, opened the panel 'Family Capitalism and New European Frontiers' by emphasising how family businesses are an economic and cultural pillar in our continent. Among the topics that emerged were the importance of planning for the generational transition and the need for clear and sustainable governance models. The ability of these enterprises to adapt to global market transformations while maintaining their identity was also discussed. The comparison between the European model, based on legacy and family continuity, long-term vision and identity, and the American model, based on performance, managerialism and meritocracy, allowed for valuable reflection on the possible hybridisations and innovations of family entrepreneurship in the future.

    The mismatch that needs to be bridged between labour demand and supply is fully part of these issues because "today there is no job that does not have a digital component in it", which is why the Minister reiterated the need to raise the level of digital skills throughout the population.     Uto Ughi, passion is the real secret to becoming a good instrumentalist

    Uto Ughi, one of the greatest Italian violinists ever, met this morning with young people from the Trentino Conservatories and music high schools. A special lesson-concert open to the public was proposed for the Festival of Economics at the Auditorium S.Chiara, which intertwined music and words with the notes of the orchestra I Virtuosi Italiani ensemble led by Alberto Martini. The Maestro, with his Stradivarius, in rehearsals for this evening's concert for the 160th anniversary of the Sole 24 Ore newspaper, accompanied the performance of some compositions, including one by Bach, with anecdotes about the authors and the ways in which the violin intertwines with the other orchestral instruments, and then answered the questions and curiosities of the girls and boys in the hall. "Each instrument has its own uniqueness," said Uto Ughi, "but we must never forget that the most beautiful instrument is the human voice, because no instrument can achieve its expressiveness.
