Vasco Rossi concert: the meetings, organised by the Municipality of Trento, continue to inform the citizens about the main measures that will affect the city on the occasion of the event, scheduled for 20 May. The topics discussed concern in particular the road system, road closures, access to the concert area and parking. Yesterday evening the meeting was in Mattarello, at the multipurpose hall in Via Poli. The speakers were engineer Silvia Marchesi, director of the CUE, surveyor Fernando Poli from the municipal office responsible for roads, and local police chiefs Pierangelo Vescovi and Mauro Eccel.
Silvia Marchesi, after an introductory greeting by Paolo Frenez, chief of cabinet of the mayor of Trento, illustrated the general characteristics of the area affected by the show and spoke in particular about accesses, car parks, and shuttles connecting the farthest areas with the urban area. The main information, he recalled, is available on the Province's website on a page dedicated to the event (https://www.ufficiostampa.provincia.tn.it/Vasco-Live).
Pierangelo Vescovi provided information on the traffic closures planned in phases from the days before the concert until the outflow at the end of the show.
Mauro Eccel dwelt on the issue of food administration and authorised sales activities on the occasion of the event: he recalled that the municipality had adopted a specific notice. In Trento, he explained, shopkeepers will also be able to keep their businesses open during the evening and the night after the concert to provide an extra service to the spectators, even during the outflow phase.
Some questions from the audience followed.
