The president of the Province Maurizio Fugatti and the councillor for health, social policies, disability and family Stefania Segnana received in the early afternoon of this day the trade unions on the occasion of the event organised in Piazza Dante on the topic of health.
Paolo Panebianco, secretary in charge of healthcare at Fenalt, Cesare Hoffer, secretary of Nursing Up, Luigi Diaspro, secretary of Fp Cgil, Giuseppe Pallanch, secretary of Cisl Fp and Giuseppe Varagone, secretary of Uil Fpl sanità del Trentino, took part in the meeting. Also present for PAT were Giancarlo Ruscitti, general manager of the Health and Social Policies Department, Franca Bellotti, director of the Training and Human Resources Development Office and Luca Comper, general manager of the Organisation, Personnel and General Affairs Department.
Among the topics at the centre of the meeting were: sector personnel, reorganisation, professional development and available resources. "It was an opportunity for a frank, but also relaxed dialogue. We are aware of the difficulties in healthcare at this difficult time and we have given our willingness to examine many issues in depth, in order to provide a timely response to the various requests. One commitment we have communicated at this juncture is the stabilisation of temporary staff, with a dedicated procedure,' Fugatti and Segnana commented.
