A rock collapse affected the path that connects the locality of Pradel to the Croz dell'Altissimo refuge (which was in any case already closed), at an altitude of about 1,350 metres above the village of Molveno. The detachment of about 20 cubic metres of material affected the wall a few metres above the Sat 340 path, not far from a short tunnel. Fortunately, no hikers were involved in the collapse, which probably occurred between late yesterday afternoon and today morning. The mayor of Molveno, Matteo Sartori, has ordered the closure of the path (the ordinance is attached), pending the necessary clearing and securing of the area.
