During the eleventh edition of the Family Festival a conference dedicated to the new Ecosystem for Integrative Long-Term Care based on a public-private partnership. Beneficiaries will receive an annual net income of 12,000 euros. The initiative is intended to be 'a pilot project for the development of similar programmes in Italy, a complete model shared with other local mutual societies offering long term care to the Trentino region,' stressed Sanifonds president Nicola Svaizer. "Today, more than ever, tackling the issue of non-self-sufficiency is fundamental, and the Family Festival, in this sense, undoubtedly represents an ideal context for discussion," said Councillor Stefania Segnana at the opening. She added: 'This issue in fact affects the daily lives of thousands of Trentino citizens and their families. Talking about it means first of all discussing a problem that can count in our territory on the presence of multiple actors capable of working in synergy to develop effective solutions'.
