There are no risks for the beds of the Trentino Apsps. This was stated by the councillor for health, social policies, disability and family, Stefania Segnana, and the general director of the provincial health services agency, Antonio Ferro. The health authority itself has recently concluded an important competition to recruit this professional figure in Trentino's hospitals, following which there are about seventy positions coming from the ASPs: "In order not to affect the precious heritage of staff in the RSAs, we have decided to call the nurses on our list on a temporary basis," says Director General Ferro. "In addition, together with the managing bodies of the facilities, with whom there has always been constant dialogue and cooperation, particularly during the pandemic period, we will evaluate a gradual transition that does not affect the activity.
Councillor Segnana then spoke of a forthcoming discussion with the Apsps: 'There has always been ample discussion and willingness, and in this regard I would like to point out that just a few days ago a decision was made to make almost 3 million euro available to balance the budgets of 25 Apsps in Trentino and to deal with the increase in expenses related to the staff severance indemnity fund. In the coming days, we intend to meet with the Upipa leadership both to discuss the issue of personnel, an issue that cuts across many realities in the health sector and beyond, and to address the issue of drug management'.
