As predicted, and communicated yesterday through the alert notice, bad weather has affected Trentino since yesterday evening, during the night and in the morning of today. The situation is constantly monitored by the provincial offices and structures.
The Single Emergency Centre during the evening-night received calls mainly for fallen or crumbling trees, torn road signs, problems on some building roofs and for some blown manholes. The areas mainly affected by the calls were the city of Trento, the Giudicarie, Alto Garda, Predazzo and Val Rendena.
As far as the provincial road network is concerned, the offices confirm that there are no particular situations to report at the moment.
The voluntary fire brigade intervened in Darè for an uncovered roof; for today, the Central Office 115 also reports about ten interventions for falling plants, flooding and instability and about ten interventions for unblocking lifts and alarms, distributed throughout the province.
The situation is evolving given today's weather conditions. Meteotrentino predicts for today alternating sunny spells, more likely in the central hours of the day, and cloudy spells associated with scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially in the evening and at night, even of strong intensity. Tomorrow, Thursday 13, still unstable with probable showers or thunderstorms.
