School and university are two worlds that must necessarily be in dialogue, especially in a context such as that of Trento, where networked dialogue between institutions is the way to give added value to the area's proposals. This was discussed at the school-university assembly, which was held at the School of Innovation in Trento on Thursday 5 October, with the active participation of over one hundred participants, including school managers, teachers, UniTrento staff, students, and representatives of the various local realities, who took part in working groups to discuss issues such as initial and ongoing teacher training, orientation, the co-design of school curricula, the promotion of STEM disciplines, as well as school-work alternation and citizen science, didactic research-action, co-design of integrations in school curricula, the promotion of STEM disciplines and overcoming the gender gap, and finally collaboration in the design of school-work alternation courses.
