Description
The specially developed 'PRGDIG' system provides the tools for the administrations involved and the planners in charge of drafting, transmitting and evaluating the plans until they are approved by the Provincial Council and subsequently published.
For a gradual transition to digital urban plans, the 'running-in' phase of the PRGDIG desk will be active from 1 January 2022. Municipal administrations may optionally activate substantial variant processes in the new system. For all other cases, the current urban planning practice management system - GPU - must be used.
The possibility of continuing the use of the portal is generally limited to municipalities that have an open file or have already completed one in the PRGDIGitali portal, or to municipalities that are close to the preliminary adoption of the documents produced in the portal.
For all other cases, the current urban planning practice management system - GPU - should be used.
Restrictions
The authorisation does not have a time limit for the municipality while for the appointed professional it is linked to the tasks entrusted to him.
