   A very rainy September

   September 2024 was much wetter than average. The average temperatures, on the other hand, did not deviate much from the typical values for the month, although on the first day of September the maximums were particularly high: so much so that Rovereto recorded the highest maximum temperature in the entire historical series. The cumulative rainfall for the month of September, on average, was much higher than average, but far from the records in the archives.
   This was confirmed by Meteotrentino's monthly analysis.

   More bad weather until Friday evening

   In the last 24 hours there has been precipitation averaging 10 - 30 mm, locally more with a maximum, up to 3.15 p.m. today, of 53 mm at Pian delle Fugazze. The rainfall in progress since this morning will continue during the afternoon with generally moderate intensity: Meteotrentino informs. From today evening and in the next night it is possible an attenuation of the rainfall but, with weak or at the most moderate intensity, it will persist above all on the eastern sectors until tomorrow evening, Friday.

    The President of the Autonomous Province of Trento received today in the Province the new Questore (police commissioner) of Trento, Fabrizio Mancini, who took the place of Maurizio Improta, who left Trento after two years in office to go to a new post in Rome.
