Description
By Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 1899 of 13 October 2023, the provisions on the withdrawal under control of by-products of wine-making for agronomic purposes pursuant to Article 6 of Ministerial Decree no. 185138 of 30 March 2023 were approved.
Restrictions
The distribution of by-products on agricultural land must take place within the limit of 3,000 kg per hectare of agricultural land recorded in the farm file of the person carrying out the re-use.
At the time of withdrawal under supervision for agronomic use, the by-products of wine-making must have the following minimum characteristics
- grape marc: 2.8 litres of anhydrous alcohol (actual and potential) per 100 kg;
- wine lees: 4 litres of anhydrous alcohol per 100 kg, 45% moisture content.
