Trentino wins the silver medal in the 2024 ranking on the quality of life, drawn up by Il Sole 24 Ore. This is the result of the analysis of 90 statistical indicators, which led the Autonomous Province of Trento to improve by one position compared to last year. A result welcomed with satisfaction by President Maurizio Fugatti, who points out that 'quality of life is a concept that is not measured only by numbers, but by the ability to guarantee every citizen access to adequate services, opportunities for growth, and a community that knows how to respond to the challenges of the times. It is fundamental that the territories furthest away from the large centres can also benefit from these same opportunities, in order to foster the harmonious and sustainable development of the whole of Trentino." Finally, Fugatti stresses the importance of continuing to invest in infrastructure, innovation and policies that support the well-being of citizens "so that our land of Autonomy, made up of concrete people, can guarantee its inhabitants an increasingly solid future".
