Presentation of postgraduate and training courses for social innovation.

The notice, approved by decision of the Provincial Council no. 2098 of 13 December 2024, and supplemented by decision no. 971 of 4 July 2025, finances projects for the realisation of professional post-graduate training courses in the field of social innovation, as well as permanent training courses with a focus on the area of protection and services for minors, aimed at training highly specialised and highly flexible figures to respond to the changes in the local economic and social context and to the need to develop a new welfare model.

Operation A) Professionalising post-graduate training courses in the field of social innovation envisages the creation of 4 post-graduate training courses, two for each of the two profiles indicated below:

A.1) socio-economic profile - Expert in social design;

A.2) technological profile - Expert in applied digital innovation.

Operation B) Continuing vocational training courses in the field of social innovation envisages the implementation of four training courses, to be carried out within the provincial territory for the B) social assistance profile - expert in the field of protection and services for minors.

The actions referred to in this notice must be completed within 12 months from the date of notification of funding by the Administration.

The total amount of resources available for the funding of this Notice is Euro 1,300,000.00, financed with resources from the European Union - European Social Fund plus 40%, the State 42% and the Autonomous Province of Trento 18%, of which Euro 950,000.00 for training courses under operation A) and Euro 300,000.00 for permanent training courses under operation B).

The amount of euro 50,000.00 is reserved for financing additional expenses to guarantee the accessibility of the operations to participants with disabilities.

The recipients for the two operations

A) Post-graduate professionalising training paths in the field of social innovation: people with a university degree, resident or domiciled in the province of Trento.

B) Continuing vocational training pathways in the field of social innovation in the protection and services of minors: persons resident or domiciled in the Province of Trento and in possession of a three-year degree, master's degree, specialised degree or old system degree as specified in the Notice.

This intervention is funded under Priority 3 "Social Inclusion" of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) Programme 2021-2027 of the Autonomous Province of Trento, with co-funding from the European Union, the Italian State and the Autonomous Province of Trento.

All public and private organisations with a registered office in the European Union may submit project proposals. Temporary enterprise groupings, consortia and EGs may also participate.

The financing of the measures is conditional upon theaccreditation of the proposing body for training.

Project proposals may be submitted from 10.00 a.m. on 17 December 2024 and by the deadline of 12.30 p.m. on 6 February 2025, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Notice, using the dedicated computer procedure.

The "guide to the IT procedure" is available, after accessing the IT system for project submission, in tutorial mode.

Project proposals are composed of the following documents

1. Application for funding (Model A): digitally signed by the legal representative or his/her delegate with power of signature, in compliance with the current regulations on revenue stamps (€16.00);
2. Project description (Form B): drawn up in Italian language, with a maximum number of 50,000 (fifty thousand) characters and digitally signed by the legal representative or its delegate with power of signature;
3. Financial Estimate (Model C): compiled in accordance with paragraph 6 of the Notice and the "ESF+ Implementation Criteria";
4. General Management Provisions digitally signed by the legal representative or his/her delegate with power of signature;
5. In the case of project proposals submitted by R.T.I., Consortia or G.E.I.E.: a) not yet constituted: declaration relating to the constituting R.T.I./Consortium/G.E.I.E. (Model D) digitally signed by all the legal representatives or their delegates with power of signature. b) constituted: copy of the deed of constitution. In this case, models A), B), C) and the General Management Provisions must be digitally signed by the legal representative of the R.T.I., consortium or G.E.I.E. or its delegate with power of signature;
6. Percentage discount on the fixed fee of the CUS parameter (Form E) and identity document of the undersigner(s); this document must indicate the proposed percentage reduction on the "fixed quota time" up to the third decimal place after the decimal point, signed by the legal representative or his delegate with power of signature in autograph form (excluding stamp-signatures and graphometric signatures). Increased proposals will not be admitted. The Applicant must take care NOT to state the percentage reduction applied in any other document, under penalty of exclusion of the application.
7. Any letters of intent and/or sharing agreements for the traineeship activity under operation A.
