The prior communication of compulsory cutting is made when, due to natural events or calamities, there is a need for immediate cutting of trees in quantities exceeding the threshold of 3,000 square metres for coppice or 30 cubic metres for high forest. The urgency must be effective, the date of commencement of work must be indicated in the communication, and cutting must be limited to plants that have landed or are in a dangerous condition.
